Our goal is to make the Classic Certification Program fast and simple. To get your application Classic Certified, please follow these steps:

1. Enter the Program through logging in or Register if you do not have an account

3. Based on the information in the Classic Compatibility Guide, you will be able to learn more about how Classic works and compare it to the way your application works. Most of the Palm OS applications work "out of the box." However, if you think that adjustments are needed in order to improve the customer experience, you should implement the adjustments. Once you have made these adjustments, you can test your application(s) with Classic.

4. Once testing is completed, you can login to your account with MotionApps, and upload your application for Certification. The process is completely automatic and does not take more than few minutes.

5. If your application consists out of single PRC (type: "appl") file, you can sign it at once. However, if your application consists out of more than one PRC file that is launched with sysAppLaunchCmdNormal Launch code, you would need to Certifiy each file separately, then download them and pack them into single installer file. This installation file should be signed as well.

6. After the application is signed, you can download signed file and distribute it as Classic Certified on your website and within Classic dedicated stores at MobiHand and Handango.

Classic Certification Program is completely free and should be done each time you make any changes within your application, i.e. change any of .PRC files (new version release and similar).
